The authors also discuss, among other topics, enforcement of security rights and the most common pre-insolvency proceedings in Hong Kong, as well as the types of available insolvency proceedings, their criteria and other topics related to these actions; granting of security rights or interests to creditors; enforcement of security rights; relative priorities in distributions; and protection of interests in collateral by secured creditors.
