Representative Matters

Advised a private equity fund in a sale-leaseback and financing transaction involving six for-profit schools for a purchase price of approximately $150 million.
Represented a private equity fund, as borrower’s counsel, in the financing of four data centers for approximately $130 million.
Assisted a private equity fund, as seller’s counsel, in the sale of an $88.5-million portfolio of climate controlled self-storage facilities.
Served as counsel to a family office in the acquisition, financing and leaseback of eight properties from the Fort Worth Independent School District.
Advised La Quinta Inn & Suites in the sale of a portfolio of 45 hotels across several U.S. states.
