The State Secretariat for Economic Affairs ("SECO") updated its interpretative guidance for Swiss sanctions (the "Guidance"). The updated Guidance expands its scope to include further interpretations of Articles 12abis, 12g, 20, and 24c of the Swiss Ordinance on Measures in Connection with Ukraine ("Swiss Ordinance").
