(London) – Akin advised Pantheon, a leading global private markets investor, as the lead in the closing of a €521 million single-asset continuation vehicle managed by DevCo Partners to support the next chapter of growth for Vexve, a European leader in mission-critical valve solutions for energy infrastructure.

The Akin team was led by investment management partners Daniel Quinn and Qasam Mahmood and included associates Matthew Allan and Paolo Caretta Cortegiani.
