Biography
- Advises on all aspects of international competition law, with a particular focus on merger control.
- Prior to joining Akin, Kadambari was part of the competition practice of another international law firm. Her experience includes advising the European Union (EU) and U.K. merger control aspects of a number of high-profile global transactions.
- Kadambari also worked in India where she advised clients on various aspects of Indian competition law and merger control rules.
Kadambari Chinoy specializes in competition/antitrust. She has experience advising on a broad range of competition and regulatory matters including merger control, antitrust and foreign investment rules.
