Bid Protests

Akin has significant experience representing government contractors on bid protests. We handle protests before the Government Accountability Office (GAO), U.S. Court of Federal Claims and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Dispute Resolution for Acquisition (ODRA).
