MNETax Publishes Article by Monte Jackel on Tax Rules re: Controlled Foreign Corporations

MNETax has published the article “Tax rules for US partners of foreign partnerships that hold CFC stock need clarity,” written by Akin Gump senior counsel Monte Jackel.
