Honoring the American History of the Great Lakes and Renaming Lake Ontario as Lake America (Trump EO Tracker)

Declares a national emergency over foreign threats to the U.S. bulk-power system and restricts certain transactions involving foreign-produced grid equipment that post national security, cybersecurity, or supply-chain risks, while directing the Department of Energy (DOE) to identify vulnerable equipment, develop replacement and mitigation measures, and promote the procurement of U.S.-manufactured energy infrastructure.

Designates the body of water currently known as Lake Ontario as “Lake America” in recognition of American history, commerce and national significance.

Establishes a new National Space Transportation Policy that expands commercial and government space transportation capabilities, directs development of launch and reentry infrastructure, strengthens the domestic space transportation industrial base, promotes international market access and revokes the 2013 National Space Transportation Policy.

Establishes a federally supervised program within the National Coordination Center authorizing vetted U.S. private-sector companies to conduct cyber surveillance and cyber effects operations against foreign cyber-enabled transnational criminal organizations, subject to Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security oversight and approval.
