Abby Segodnia’s practice focuses on investment management, with an emphasis on the formation and operation of domestic and offshore private funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds.

Prior to joining Akin in 2021, Abby was an attorney in the Southern Methodist University (SMU) Small Business and Trademark Clinic where she worked on trademark and wordmark applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
