Practice

Adriana assists clients with matters related to customs and import compliance, including tariff classification, valuation, country of origin determination and marking, and antidumping (AD) and countervailing duties (CVD). She assists clients with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) enforcement actions, prior disclosures, compliance, scope coverage, free trade agreements (FTAs) and trade preference programs. She prepares and files CBP ruling requests, protests, and penalty and liquidated damages petitions. In addition to CBP, Adriana has represented clients before the U.S. Department of Commerce, the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT).
