Chris advises companies on all aspects of the employment relationship, from pre-employment considerations and hiring to terminations and post-employment restrictions.
He counsels employers on their compliance with an array of federal, state and local laws, including those surrounding restrictive covenants, reductions in force and workforce integration, leaves of absence and diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI).
Chris also has extensive experience drafting and negotiating employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, separation agreements and other employment-related agreements. In addition, Chris assists clients with labor & employment issues in the context of corporate transactions and restructurings, including conducting due diligence and drafting and negotiating of purchase and credit agreements.
