Henry is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He focuses on a wide range of complex corporate transactions, including public and private company acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and other general corporate and governance matters.

Prior to joining Akin, Henry was a private equity M&A associate of another international law firm based in Boston.

Henry earned his B.S.B.A in Finance and Political Science from Syracuse University and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
