Jason is a senior practice attorney in the capital solutions practice. Jason advises clients on a range of capital solutions matters, including mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Akin, Jason was an associate in the private investment fund group at another global law firm in Boston. Jason also brings valuable experience in legal recruiting and business development from another leading global law firm in Houston, as well as project management experience in learning and development at a major accounting firm in Atlanta.

Jason received a J.D. from Boston College Law School, where Jason was president of the Law Student Association and co-founded the 1L Bootcamp Program. Jason received a B.A. in marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University.
