Jenny assists employers, including those in the hedge fund and private equity industry, and public & private companies, on an array of labor & employment matters.

Jenny drafts and negotiates employment agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenant agreements and other employment-related agreements. She assists employers with complex human resources investigations, and with drafting employee handbooks and employment policies, leading anti-harassment and anti-discrimination trainings, and counseling on day-to-day workplace issues.

In addition, Jenny assists clients with labor & employment issues in the context of corporate transactions and restructurings. In connection with such transactions and restructurings, Jenny conducts labor & employment due diligence, drafts and negotiates purchase and credit agreements, advises employers on transferring, hiring and terminating workers, and negotiates collective bargaining agreements.
