Jesse M. Brush’s practice focuses on securities and corporate matters, including offerings of equity and debt securities, liability management transactions, securities law compliance and corporate governance issues.
Practice & Background
Mr. Brush previously worked at another prominent international law firm, where he represented issuers, underwriters and investors in connection with public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities. He also advised companies on tender offers, consent solicitations, Exchange Act reports, corporate governance matters and mergers and acquisitions.
From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Brush served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nancy Gertner in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Mr. Brush earned his J.D. in 2009 from Yale Law School, where he served as a Notes Editor of the Yale Law Journal and Executive Editor of the Yale Journal of International Law. He earned his B.A. summa cum laude in economics and psychology in 2006 from Dartmouth College.
