Licensed to practice in New York only and under the supervision of the partners of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Application for admission to the Texas Bar in process.
- Focuses on corporate transactions.
John is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Akin, John was a litigator at another global law firm in New York.
John earned his J.D., cum laude, from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was a member of the St. John’s Law Review.
