Ms. Dinett’s practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, corporate governance, and general corporate and securities matters.
Ms. Dinett received her J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern for The Honorable Jorge A. Solis of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas and as a judicial intern for The Honorable
Kerry P. Fitzgerald of the Texas Court of Appeals, Fifth District. She also served as associate Texas survey editor of the SMU Law Review Association and was published in the Journal of Air Law and Commerce.
Ms. Dinett’s community, civic and charitable activities include working with:
