- Advises public and private companies, creditor groups, and investment funds in bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters.
Leo is an associate in the firm’s financial restructuring practice. Leo assists debtors, creditors and other stakeholders in complex chapter 11 bankruptcy matters and out-of-court restructurings.
Leo received a J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he served as the staff editor of the Catholic University Law Review, as a member of the Securities Law Student Association, and received a Securities Law Certificate.
Earlier in his career, he served as a financial analyst for a global manufacturing company and as an analyst with a strategy and management consulting firm.
Leo was a member of Akin’s 2024 summer associate class.
