Representative Work

  • Defended a client facing massive civil penalties in an SEC enforcement proceeding arising from alleged undisclosed markups, ultimately obtaining a favorable settlement for the client.
  • Obtained an order of attachment on a more than $250 million promissory note after the opposing party had moved assets out of the country.
  • Represented the ad hoc first lien lenders in the restructuring of a multinational technology company, leading to the company’s successful emergence from bankruptcy.
