Patrick Dundas is a partner in Akin's Investment Management practice, based in the firm’s New York office. He specializes in knowledge management (KM), with a focus on enhancing client value through the implementation of processes and systems that allow lawyers to deliver superior services faster and more efficiently.

Leading the Investment Management practice’s market intelligence and legal practice infrastructure initiative, Patrick collaborates with various lawyers and firm business departments to harness the collective knowledge of the firm's attorneys for the benefit of its clients.

Patrick began his career advising private funds and investment advisers on structuring, formation, and ongoing operational needs. He has also provided guidance on general securities laws matters, as well as regulatory and compliance issues.
