Sara Mischner’s practice primarily focuses on complex finance transactions, including securitizations, CLOs, warehouse debt facilities, private placements, secured and unsecured facilities, working capital facilities, marketplace finance transactions and other structured financings.  She represents issuers and borrowers, collateral managers, sponsors, lenders, investors, marketplace platforms and other financial institutions.

She also has experience working with fintech companies and marketplace platforms on a broad range of transactional matters, including providing advice on debt transactions, disclosure requirements, bank relationships, regulatory matters, governance and other corporate matters.
