Biography
- Advises on a wide range of financing and restructuring transactions across a variety of industries.
Sarah Challen McKee focuses on financing and cross-border debt restructuring transactions. She has experience advising lenders on a range of matters, including:
- Direct lending
- Private placements
- Financial restructurings
- Leveraged finance
- Acquisition finance
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah trained and practiced in the London office of a leading law firm, which included working in their office in Brussels.
Representative Work
- Representing noteholders in a number of UK and cross-border private placement transactions.
- Advising an ad hoc committee of holders of securitised bonds issued by intu Metrocentre Finance plc, in relation to the Metrocentre shopping centre in Gateshead.
- Advising the holders of private placement notes issued by ED&F Man Treasury Management plc in connection with the group’s refinancing of more than US$1 billion of debt.
