Taha has particular experience advising on complex commercial contracts, joint ventures and financings in the renewable power, energy transition and conventional power sectors, as well as emerging infrastructure asset classes. His practice spans project development, construction, offtake arrangements and corporate structuring, often involving cross-border considerations and tax-sensitive investment platforms.
