Tina Jeffcoat advises clients on various privacy and data security matters, including cybersecurity and privacy due diligence, regulatory investigations, privacy and data security policies, and compliance with state, federal and international statutes and regulations.
Tina also assists in various litigation matters, including litigation arising from chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and financial restructuring.
While studying at Vanderbilt Law School, Tina served as the Symposium Editor of the Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review. She was also an Article Selection Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law, for which she received the Grace Wilson Sims Prize for Transnational Law Third Year Editor.
