- Assisted a retail and manufacturing global brand in a putative class action dispute regarding employee misclassification.
- Counseled an emergency health care entity in a dispute alleging racial discrimination and hostile work environment.
- Aided a film organization in a lawsuit alleging wrongful termination, retaliation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
- Represented a major retailer in a wage and hour class action lawsuit.
