Akin Advises Outcome Health in Combination with PatientPoint

(New York and Dallas) – PatientPoint® announced that it has combined with Outcome Health to create PatientPoint Health Technologies™—a new platform company offering tech-enabled patient engagement solutions. A team from Akin Gump advised Outcome Health, a portfolio company of Littlejohn & Co., in the transaction.
The new company will operate under the PatientPoint brand. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Akin Gump advising Outcome Health was led by corporate partner Nicholas Houpt and Dan Fisher, head of the firm’s integrated special situations group. They were joined by:
- Partners Fred Lee and Meng Ru and counsel Lech Wilkiewicz on finance aspects of the transaction.
