Timothy J. Clark’s practice focuses on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and securities transactions.
Mr. Clark received his B.A. in 2002 from Harvard University and his J.D. in 2009 from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the New York Bar.
